All products sold on our platform are intended for professional industrial, construction, repair, and household hardware use only. Unauthorized illegal application or improper operation is not within our service scope.
2. Product Information & Description
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, sizes, pictures, and functional introductions are accurate and consistent with real products. Minor color differences, slight manual measurement errors, and subtle surface process differences due to shooting light and batch production are normal and do not constitute product quality defects.
Hardware products are subject to continuous upgrading and process optimization. We reserve the right to slightly adjust product details, appearance, and accessories without changing the core function and performance of the goods.
3. Order & Payment Terms
All orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following situations: incorrect product pricing error, out-of-stock inventory status, abnormal order behavior, suspected fraudulent transactions, or regional shipping restrictions.
Customers are responsible for completing accurate recipient information, shipping address, and contact details. We are not liable for order loss, delay, or wrong delivery caused by incorrect customer information.
All displayed prices are final product prices excluding international shipping fees, customs duties, tariffs, and handling fees. All cross-border taxes and local import fees shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with local national regulations.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We ship products to the countries and regions supported by our logistics channels. Some special hardware tools, sharp metal products, and heavy industrial hardware may be restricted by local customs and cannot be delivered to certain regions.
Standard delivery time is an estimated time frame and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, international logistics suspension, peak season congestion, or force majeure factors. We will not compensate for losses caused by objective logistics delays.
Buyers shall bear all risks of product loss, damage, or detention during international transportation, unless the problem is caused by our incorrect delivery or wrong product arrangement.
5. Return, Refund & Exchange Rules
All return and refund behaviors shall comply with our independentReturn & Refund Policy. The valid return period is 30 calendar days after the buyer receives the goods.
Unused, unmodified, complete, and original-packaged hardware products can be returned for non-quality reasons, with all return shipping fees, customs fees, and related costs borne by the buyer.
Custom hardware parts, consumable accessories, installed tools, opened safety hardware products, and promotional clearance items are final sale and not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.
We only provide free replacement or full refund for confirmed factory quality defects, including product cracking, functional failure, wrong size, and factory missing parts.
6. Product Usage & Safety Liability
All hardware tools and industrial products must be used in strict accordance with industry standard operation guidelines. We are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or equipment damage caused by incorrect operation, overloaded use, unauthorized modification, or violation of safety operation specifications.
Customers shall judge the applicability of products according to their own usage scenarios. We will only be responsible for the product itself quality problems, not applicable adaptation problems caused by customer’s mismatched purchase.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website texts, pictures, videos, logos, and design content including product structure descriptions are protected by intellectual property rights. No individual or institution may copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our platform content without official authorization.
8. Privacy Protection
We strictly protect customer personal information and order data. Your personal information will only be used for order processing, logistics delivery, and after-sales service, and will not be sold or disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy changes, customs policy adjustments, international logistics failures, epidemic control, and other force majeure situations.
